Rockmount has rich experience in effective planning of fruit procurement to production timing. Good harvests come from good fields. All the fruits are sourced from the Company –owned Rockmount Gardens located in T.C. Kandigai, Tiruvallur District Tamil Nadu, which is known for its diverse horticultural crops.

It also owns and operates Organic and Rainforest Alliance (RFA) Certified Mango Orchards in this fertile belt, known for its fruit quality. Sustainable farming practices ensure a gentler footprint and nurture the natural ecosystem with optimal soil health.

Processing adds economic value and minimizes wastage by sourcing and preparing regeneratively produced fruits in harmony

Washing and sanitization follow to rinse and remove chlorine residue.

Fruits get processed and homogenized, if necessary.

Processing adds economic value and minimizes wastage. Fruits produced through regenerative agricultural practices in harmony with nature are sourced and get ready for processing after ripening; peeling, deseeding, and related procedures are carried out.

They are pre-selected through weighing and quality checks.

Washing and sanitization follow to rinse and remove chlorine residue.

Step 4

Fruits get processed and homogenized, if necessary.

They are packed for storage at suitable temperatures to maintain their organoleptic, nutritional, and microbiological characteristics.

The Company operates fully-equipped Processing Units in the Southern Indian belts, which include:
  • Units in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.
  • One Unit in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Two Processing Units, in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India. Rockmount has long-term tie-ups with certified processing facilities catering to all production needs. State-of-the-art equipment and industry best practices define these facilities which are well-equipped to supply your needs for high-quality processed fruits.

All these facilities are climate –controlled with power backup to work at 100% capacity always. Fully certified, they also follow strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and allergen control programs and procedures, and are regularly audited by reputed customer companies.

The Research & Development (R&D)

Activities at these facilities integrate science across production and manufacturing with food safety programmes.

A special Technical Team oversees the operations here and all the orders are processed and shipped directly from these locations. Conveniently located, these factories warehouse key products and offer road, air, and sea freight options for prompt and reliable delivery.

Rockmount Foods has an office in Chennai to handle all the marketing operations, bank, commercial and statutory activities of the company.

Aseptic Packaging

ASEPTIC packing is also available and uses material sourced from accredited vendors and is done in aseptic bags from 20 litre packs. The packs reflect product quality and country of origin.
